What are the shipping costs?
Good news! We offer free shipping on all our products to Ireland. At VERENZA, we believe it's important for our customers to benefit from these savings – in line with our commitment to accessibility and equality.
Where can I find my track & trace number?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a track & trace number via email. Processing time is usually 1 to 3 working days.
When can I expect my order?
We process orders within 1 to 3 working days. The average delivery time at VERENZA is 8 to 12 working days. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transport issues.
I would like to cancel my order – how do I do that?
We do our best to process orders quickly and carefully. If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at support@verenza-dublin.com we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I would like to return my order – how do I do that?
It is certainly possible. We offer a 14-day return policy on products that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags still attached. For further information about our return policy, we kindly refer you to our returns page.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product does not meet your expectations due to reasons beyond your control (e.g., damage during transport, incorrect item, or a defect), we will of course cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund for a returned item?
We process your refund within 14 days. The exact time the amount will appear on your original payment method depends on your payment provider and may vary.
